13 helicopters and 42ambulances rushed to the scene. In fact, first responders were on scene two minutes after the first call. Police say a fire broke out at Le Consolation Bar in Crohn's, Montana. It happened just after 1:30am the cause of the fire is not officially known, but two theories have emerged. Some say it was a firecracker, while two witnesses claim champagne bottles with sparklers caught the ceiling on fire. Panicked partygoers ran for their lives out of the basement, up the narrow stairs and out the door, while others broke windows just to to escape. Officials say the fire likely triggered the release of combustible gases, causing a flashover or a backdraft. Basically an explosion.

Fox is definitely better. The cause of that fire remains under investigation. State Department calling on China to end its military drills near Taiwan, saying they are increasing tensions unnecessarily. America is listening to FOX News.

Daycare center in Minnesota is claiming to have been robbed recently. As Fox's Garrett Henney reports, this particular.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
Daycare center was not featured in Nick Shirley's viral video, but it is one of the dozens flagged to state investigators earlier this year for receiving more than a million dollars in federal funding despite having multiple and repeated violations on record. The owners of Nokomis Daycare say surveillance cameras captured two men breaking into their business, claiming they cut through an outside cinder block wall crossing, crawled through an interior wall and busted their way in before getting into an office and stealing business records, including personal information of who attends the daycare. While the Minneapolis police are investigating this reported break in, some are suggesting it could be a cover up of wrongdoing.

Department of Health and Human Services has frozen funding for various programs in Minnesota because of the ongoing fraud probe. Congressional Republicans facing pressure to address health care as subsidies for the Affordable Care.
Political Analyst
Act expire these now expired subsidies are the reason Democrats shut down the government in October, but lawmakers still couldn't reach a deal before this new year's deadline. And now the pressure is on for Republicans to do something on health care this year, especially before the midterms. It's what lawmakers were working on before the holiday recess. Democrats wanted to extend the Obamacare subsidies to keep health care costs down, but most Republicans believe Obamacare is filled with fraud and want changes. Although negotiations on new proposals stalled before Christmas, the president wants federal aid to go directly to patients. Writing on Truth Social no more money to fat cat insurance companies. The money must go directly to the people to buy their own health care.

Fox's Rebecca Castor reports another vote to extend the subsidies as expected later this month. President Trump says his administration will remove National Guard troops from Chicago, Louisiana and Portland, but adds, they'll come back, crime goes up again. I'm Jack Callaghan. This is Fox News.
