New video shot from a person's cell phone along the side of the street around that shooting shows Renee Good using her car to block federal agents for more than three minutes before the fatal encounter. At one point, you can see her dancing in the driver's seat as she honks her horn. The video cuts off right before the shooting, but federal officials have told us this is the of thing that Good had been doing throughout the morning and even after this week's deadly encounter. It is a tactic activists are continuing to use to disrupt federal agents both here and across the country.
