The U.S. attorney General arriving in Minneapolis on Lisa Brady FOX News. As grand jury subpoenas were served on city, state and county offices, including the governor and mayor's offices in a federal probe of possible obstruction of law enforcement operations. City and state officials have called a surge of immigration agents and invasion.

Just around the time that the subpoenas, six of them in all, were being served today, Governor Tim Walls released a statement saying, quote, the state of Minnesota will not be drawn into political theater. This Justice Department investigation sparked by calls for accountability in the face of violence, chaos and the killing of Renee Goode, does not seek justice. It is a partisan distraction.

Fox's Jonathan Hunt in Minneapolis. The Justice Department's civil rights division is investigating an anti ICE protest that disrupted a church service Sunday in St. Paul. This as Twin City area police chiefs accused some federal agents of violating civil rights and racial profiling. And after complaints they're stopping and demanding papers from Americans of color, including some off duty cops.

The Minneapolis mayor accusing the federal government of playing politics. President Trump says if he puts tariffs on NATO allies that oppose a U.S. takeover of Greenland, he doubts it would end European trade deals with the US.

They need that agreement very badly with us. They really do. They fought very hard to get it. So I doubt that. But we'll see what happens. We have a lot of meetings scheduled on Greenland.
