It appears to have been a family dispute. The Arizona sheriff's office investigating the disappearance of Today show co host Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy. He says all family members have been cleared and to suggest otherwise is wrong and cruel. The FBI meantime, is waiting for test results on a glove that could be a clue.

The FBI says that this glove that they are testing appears to match those worn by the suspect we saw on that doorbell camera at Nancy Guthrie's house. Early hours of Sunday, February 1st is obviously a lead they really want to follow very closely. Now the big question is you, does that glove come back with its DNA profile matching somebody in the national database that the FBI keeps? If it doesn't, if that person has never committed a crime that would lead to them being in that database, then again, it's yet another dead end.

Colorado could become the first state to fully decriminalize prostitution.
Kristin Goodwin
A bill introduced in the Colorado state Senate aims to repeal criminal penalties for prostitution, changing the wording in state laws to commercial sexual activity. Pimping and intimidating individuals into commercial sex would remain illegal. Supporters say fear of criminal punishment among consenting adults encourages physical, emotional and structural violence against sex workers, adding sex workers are less likely to report these crimes or seek medical help following an assault, while critics argue there are physical and psychological harms in the industry that cannot be regulated away. Prostitution is illegal in most states, though Maine and Nevada allow it with restrictions. Kristin Goodwin, Fox News the public is.

Being asked about a proposal to turn the Los Angeles County California coastline, the beaches there, into a national park. Study was approved by Congress in 2022, and now the National Park Service is seeking public input. That comment period closes April 6, after which the Park Service will analyze the feedback along with its internal research. A report next year would be used for Congress to decide whether and where a designated full national park should be placed or if there should just be sites placed under federal management or nothing.
