It's not just the fact that it's going to be coming down so quickly. It's going to be a heavy wet snow. The last snow that we had had arctic air firmly in place. So it was real fluffy and light, kind of easy to plow. This snowfall is going to start sticking to everything and it's going to start bringing down some powered lines and maybe some limbs and trees because of the sheer weight of the snow. It's going to be on it.

Mexico's military says it has killed El Mencho. Troops killed four suspected cartel members, arrested two others and seized heavy weapons. Three Mexican soldiers were wounded. The search for Nancy Guthrie continues with the help from an unexpected source. Fox's Claudia Cowan reports from Tucson.

Hard to believe it was exactly four weeks ago today that Nancy Guthrie was taken from the house behind me. And while investigators have not released any new details in their search to find her, we're now seeing locals here in Tucson take the task upon themselves. Just a few hours ago, a small group of volunteers gathered at a nearby parking lot to mobilize a kind of search party and to go out and take pictures of items that could be potential evidence. This despite the Pima county sheriff advising against citizen involvement in a statement asking them to, quote, give investigators the space they need to do their work. We appreciate their concern and we all want to find Nancy, but this work is best left to professionals.

DHS previously said it was temporarily ending the service due to the partial government shutdown. And in the UK the politically charged thriller One Battle After Another took six prizes today, including best picture at the British Academy Film Awards. I'm Carmen Roberts. This is FOX News.
