CBP commander Gregory Bevino says most of the 81 arrests that we know of so far included immigrants with, quote, significant criminal and immigration history. And we're now learning more about some of them. Border Patrol officials arrested a man who they say is a Honduran illegal alien with a violent criminal. Criminal history. We're talking multiple simple assaults, shoplifting and an aggravated felony assault. But many Charlotte residents and local officials say these operations are causing a lot of uncertainty. Hundreds gathered to protest the operation. As many Charlenians say people are now living in constant fear.

That's fox's Madison Scarpino. Local Democratic leaders say they stand behind residents desires to simply go about living their lives. A New York Jet player is in critical condition after being shot early this morning during an argument outside a Manhattan restaurant. The jets confirmed to Fox News the player is Chris Boyd. Police told the New York Post someone shot Boyd twice in the abdomen.

Boyd was on the injured reserve list for the New York Jets. He came over this year from Minnesota. He's also played for Arizona and Houston and they are not on the field today. The jets played last Thursday. No arrests have been made in that shooting.

An auction of Holocaust artifacts is canceled in Germany following complaints from Holocaust survivors.

Poland's Foreign Minister Wratislav Sikorsky announcing that cancellation on the X platform, saying he and German Foreign Minister Johann Vaderful agreed to stop the auction set for Monday. A Holocaust survivors group called on the German auction house Feldsman to cancel the sale of hundreds of Holocaust artifacts in including documents that identify many people by name. That collection of over 600 lots at auction included letters written by prisoners from German concentration camps to loved ones at home and Gestapo index cards. The auction was titled the System of Terror. Paul Stevens, FOX NEWS Republicans are divided.
