A senior official says Witkoff and Kushner will leave for Moscow tomorrow to resume negotiations with Russia. A manhunt continues in Northern California for the gunman who shot 15 people at a children's birthday party last night in Stockton, killing four. At least three of them were children. Five. Fox's Grinnell Scott has more.

The four people killed at what was a child's birthday party in Stockton were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21. Because the shooter has not yet been caught, police are asking for help from the public. San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Heather Brandt said investigators believe there is no imminent public threat.

Numerous schools are already throwing in the towel for Monday and that may continue into Tuesday because it's going to stay cold here. Temperatures in the low 20s today and again on Monday, and that's 20 degrees below average over at the airport. A little mishap last night. A Delta regional jet slid off the taxiway around 10:30. No injuries, no problems. They got everybody on the bus and back to the terminal. Two other flights coming in after that. One was diverted to Kansas City, another one to Omaha. The airport is up and running today after about half the flights were canceled yesterday.

An unusual pile of bones was found near one of Scotland most iconic landmarks. Those bones were found on Crow Hill near Arthur's Seed in Edinburgh. Park rangers found the bones during a routine patrol after a wildfire burned part of the park in August. But officials did not disclose the discovery until November. Archaeologists assessed and removed the bones thought to be from cattle, horse, sheep, a goat and possibly a cat, with that mix potentially being significant. An official telling FOX News digital. The bones are likely post medieval, but no age has been determined. Paul Stevens, FOX News.
