Special envoy Steve Whitkoff and President Trump's son in law, Jared Kushner took part in the four hour talks today at a golf resort in Hallandale Beach. A senior official says Witkoff and Kushner will leave for Moscow tomorrow to resume negotiations with Russia. A manhunt continues in Northern California for the gunman who shot 15 people at a children's birthday party last night in Stockton, killing four. At least three of them were children. Five. Fox's Grinnell Scott has more.

The four people killed at what was a child's birthday party in Stockton were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21. Because the shooter has not yet been caught, police are asking for help from the public. San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Heather Brandt said investigators believe there is no imminent public threat.
