Old tips lead to new information on Lisa Brady, FOX News. Federal prosecutors and the FBI say months of sifting through existing evidence led to today's arrest of a man accused of planting pipe bombs in Washington, D.C. nearly five years after the suspect had been seen on grainy surveillance video.

We're talking 20, 21. I know that doesn't seem like that long ago, but agents repeatedly say it was tough because he had a hoodie on, he had a mask on, you clean, you couldn't see his eyes, you couldn't see his hands, you couldn't see his feet. He did have unique Nike shoes which only 25,000 people apparently were issued. And FBI used a measuring tool where they were able to see that he was 5 7, they predicted based on kind of spatial awareness with some other items in the picture. And it turns out that he's five six. So that seemed to work. But as far as the identification, they say they just had to go through old tips.
