President Trump also says his use of tariffs will return manufacturing to places like Pennsylvania, a state he carried in last year's election.

Lopez Bello's attorney says the student, who came to the U.S. at age 8, never knew about the 2016 removal order. She's staying with grandparents now in Honduras, completing her college work remotely.
