Fox's Madeline Rivera reporting. Police on the outskirts of London arrested a man at Heathrow Airport today after a pepper spray attack on a crowd of people in a parking garage. Police say that four men carried out the attack and robbery, which caused hours of delays and minor injuries to at least five people. And police say that the case is not terrorism related and officers are searching for the three other men involved. Today is December 7th, and Honolulu is holding ceremonies to mark the 84th Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
On this day in 1941, the Japanese military attacked the Navy base, drawing the US into World War II. And gas prices continue their downward trend. Industry analyst Trilby Lundberg of the Lundberg survey says they fell for the past couple of weeks.

Congress is still trying to come together on a plan to extend health care subsidies for the Affordable Care act, otherwise known as Obamacare. Those tax credits expire Dec. 31. And some Republicans, including Brian Fitzpatrick, are urging lawmakers to work together. He tells FOX News, if you're going.

To get 218 votes in the House and 60 votes in the Senate. It has to be a bipartisan bill by definition. So why are we wasting our time with single party bills that are nothing more than messaging bills? That's not going to solve people problems.

And meantime, Senate Democrats have proposed a clean three year extension. But Majority Leader John Thune rejected the plan, saying Republicans would not support it in its current form. In India, at least 25 people, including tourists, died in a fire at a popular nightclub in the town of Goa. The city's chief minister says most of those victims were kitchen workers along with about three to four tourists. Investigators say that a gas cylinder blast caused the fire, which is now out, a successful sequel at the box office this weekend.
