Eleven people were killed, two suspects. One of those suspects was shot and killed by police. The other one is in critical condition and is in police custody, 29 others injured, including two police officers. Now the noise of gunshots sent everyone into a panic, fleeing and running from their lives from the beach all the way to nearby apartment buildings. It is the deadliest shooting for almost three decades in the country with strict gun control laws. The Australian prime minister called it a targeted on Jewish Australians, an act of evil antisemitism, terrorism that has struck the nation. It all started before 7pm local time. Witnesses say two gunmen started firing round after round from a bridge towards Archer park at Bondi beach, where people were celebrating the first day of Hanukkah.
