He says Nick Reiner could face the death penalty but there's no decision yet on that. Hockman and the LA police chief also not confirming any details about the crime scene or the evidence. Nick Reiner, who's 32, had been open about a years long struggle with addiction, co writing his father's 2016 movie Charlie. President Trump plans a primetime address to the nation tomorrow night.
