Federal prosecutors rest their case in Milwaukee after three days of presenting evidence and testimony from FBI and ICE agents and a court reporter who told jurors Wednesday that Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan discussed with her directing an attorney and her client, a Mexican national, in court on battery charges out a private courtroom exit in April away from ICE agents there to arrest and deport him, also telling jurors that she'd never heard Dugan direct an attorney to do that. A federal grand jury later indicted Dugan for obstructing federal immigration laws for which she's pled not guilty.
