By the end of this, depending on how much rain we get, this could become the rainiest Christmas on record here in LA as we are under a level three out of four risk for flash flooding. We're just off of the PCH in Malibu on Topanga Canyon Boulevard. There is a road closure here due to the potential for debris flows. It's part of a larger concern for burn scar areas in LA county with a few inches of rain expected through Friday falling on areas recently burned by wildfires.
