China and Russia are speaking out about US Actions in the region, accusing the United States of breaking international law after the US Seized multiple oil tankers off the coast of Venezuela. A Salvadorian migrant erroneously deported this year argues the Justice Department is prosecuting him for political purposes. Fox's Jared Halpern is in Washington.

Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia argue he's being prosecuted as a way to punish him for successfully fighting his deportation to El Salvador. An unsealed order from the federal judge overseeing the case finds the indictment charging Abrego Garcia with human smuggling was pushed for only after he was ordered back to the U.S. abrego Garcia wants the case dismissed on grounds of a victim vindictive prosecution. The judge says there is some evidence the prosecution could be vindictive, citing comments made by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. But Acting U.S. attorney Rob McGuire says he alone made the decision to prosecute and has no animus against Abrego Garcia.

Only DHS and FBI agents on the ground along with ice, but the Small Business Administration is now halting all federal funding to the state after identifying $430 million in PPP loans in Minnesota that are suspected of fraud. Minnesota's Department of Human Services tells Fox news it has 55 active investigations involving care centers. But at this point, despite the red flags, the agency hasn't paused funding for any of those businesses.

Minnesota State Representative Kristen Robbins, who is also running for governor as a Republican, says the governor, Tim Walls, a Democrat, ignored her warnings about rampant fraud and a derailed CSX train leaking of flammable chemicals sparked a fire in rural parts of Southern Kentucky on Tuesday that prompted authorities to issue a shelter in place warning order, which was later lifted for nearby residents. No injuries reported after 31 rail cars were went off the tracks around 6:15am this morning in Todd County, Kentucky, according to a statement from the company. I'm John Saucier and this is FOX News.
