For the first time since the ceasefire began. The United Arab Emirates says its ships had come under attack from Iran. The country's defense Ministry Sundays Iran fired 15 missiles and four drones, one of which started a fire at an oil facility.

The US Says it has enhanced the security area in trying to move ships out of the Strait of Hormuz. Yesterday, the US Says that the military sank six small Iranian boats, boats that were trying to target civilian vessels. President Trump has named this operation Project Freedom.

Well, in two hours from now we'll get an update on this operation from War Secretary Pete Hegseth as the US Attempts to get more shipping moving through the Strait. Oil prices down about 2% this morning, but gas is up 3 more cents today. AAA's national average for regular 448 a gallon. There were shots fired not far from the White House. The suspect fired his weapon after being confronted by officers. A juvenile bystander was hit by a bullet. A uniformed Secret service officer shot the suspect near the Washington Monument. now the update on Iran from the war secretary. We'll get this warning comes the day after Pete Hegseth honored two National Guard members from West Virginia for how they responded to an attack last year targeting fellow Guard members in Washington.

Army Major Ryan Reynolds and Air Force Major Edwin Stanfield were honored for their actions during the shooting in which an Afghan national killed one guardsman, Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, and severely injured another. Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolf. WAR Secretary PETE hecseth they neutralized the threat.

According to the DOJ, last month ICE agents were trying to take the 36 year old, who has dual citizenship in El Salvador and Mexico, into custody outside of San Francisco, alleging he tried to drive into ICE officers with his vehicle, noting they fired their guns, striking Mendoza multiple times. Mendoza's attorney says he's recovering after several surgeries, alleging his client panicked but did not intend to run anyone over.
