There's optimism about a deal with Iran. I'm Dave Anthony. FOX News takes a little while to hear back. So we have what I think is a pretty solid thing on the table in terms of their ability to open up the straits. Get the straits open. That's Secretary of State Marco Rubio in India. But President Trump says there's no rush.

A senior administration official tells our Kayleigh McEnany the President's instinct is to give Iran up to a week to make a deal. That US Official saying there is a framework and that talks are 95% there. President Trump saying in part on Truth Social the negotiations are proceeding in an orderly and constructive manner. And I have informed my representatives not to rush into a deal in that time is on our side. The blockade in the Strait of Hormuz will remain in full force and effect until an agreement is reached, certified and signed.

That's Fox's Madeleine Rivera. Oil prices down about 5% on news of a possible deal with Iran. About 50,000 people in and around Garden Grove, California are out of their homes and will remain evacuated until the risk of a chemical storage tank exploding.

Fire officials say they found a crack in the tank. While it's a sign that the tank is structurally failing, fire officials say it's also relieving pressure inside. The tank contains methyl methacrylate used to manufacture acrylic plastics like plexiglass. The chemical is highly flammable and the tank in question currently holds about 7,000 gallons of it. Firefighters have been trying to lower the temperature of the overheated tank by pouring water on it.
