GOP Congressman Don Bacon of Nebraska said he knows and respects Senator John Cornyn of Texas. But Bacon said on CBS Face the Nation as his party tries to hold the Senate majority, the endorsement of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who beat Cornyn in the primary, may have been a mistake.
We've nominated a guy in Texas that is probably the most vulnerable in a general election and it puts that seat up for grabs. So it was, I don't think it was a wise decision.
