A Mexican immigrant shot and killed by federal agents during a traffic stop in Houston Tuesday was not the target of their search, Homeland Security says, and neither were the three Mexicans in the van he was driving. The agents were looking for two Guatemalan men they thought were in the van. And fox's Tom Graham reports Mexico's foreign minister wants criminal charges in this case and others.

Fox News. Eight men accused of planning an attack during a UFC fight at the White House faced terrorism and attempted murder charges.

The eight men were indicted in Ohio in two separate conspiracies to to provide material support to terrorists and to murder a federal government official. All the defendants are accused of helping plot a drone and sniper attack at the White House during last month's UFC event. Federal investigators say the plan began in May. Law enforcement officials learned of the threat on June 10, just days before the UFC event. One suspect says the plot included flying explosive laden drones into the event and then shooting at the crowd. Seven of the eight suspects were arrested last month. Chip maker SK Hynix, based in South Korea is expected to start trading today on the Nasdaq. It's the latest global company to top a trillion dollars in market value. It's a major supplier, the artificial intelligence buildup. Ryan Payne of Payne Capital says the company wants to attract more US Investors.

It's smart if you're SK Hynix because it's very hard to buy stocks on the South Korean stock exchange. So by opening up the US Investors making it easier to buy, that creates another bid under that market because their big competitors, Micron and typically Micron, trades like a double the valuation.
