Three charged with capital murder in a June shooting death at a Motel 6 in Dallas County, Texas during an armed robbery in New Jersey. Somebody here illegally is accused of killing a mother and her 11 year old daughter in a car crash last week.

A woman arrested on a child neglect charge after a bus driver found a two year old girl stashed in her suitcase, which was stowed in the vehicle's luggage compartment. The bus driver noticed movement inside of the bag during a planned stop north of Auckland after a passenger asked for access to the luggage compartment. When the driver opened the suitcase, they discovered the two year old girl who was very hot but otherwise appeared physically unharmed. The child taken to a hospital. The bus company says it does not charge fares for children younger than three years who can travel for free on an adult's lap. Local police commending the bus driver who took action and prevented what could have been a worse outcome. John Saucier, FOX News.
