There's a third federal court ruling blocking the release of grand jury information in the renewed investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking scheme and if he left behind a client list of well known people.

The federal judge who presided over the Epstein case will not allow a grand jury transcript to be released. Judge Richard Berman's ruling follows another judge's decision not to release released grand jury transcripts in the case against Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell is serving a 20 year sentence after being convicted of helping Epstein traffic young girls. Epstein committed suicide before his trial.

We don't have the new arrest numbers from Washington yesterday, but before that there have been 550 in President Trump's D.C. crime crackdown as the Justice Department investigates alleged manipulation of police statistics city leaders have touted showing a big drop in violent crime this year and last year. Some D.C. residents are angry about National Guard troops deployed there and they let Vice President Vance hear about it when he and the defense secretary visited some soldiers.
