A deadline for peace talks. I'm Debra Valentine, Fox News. President Trump is reportedly frustrated after peace talks between Russia and Ukraine stalled. He's implementing a deadline for the two warring countries to resume peace talks. Fox's Marianne Rafferty President Trump is giving.
Marianne Rafferty
Russia a two week deadline to start peace talks with Ukraine. If they don't begin by then, the president is threatening to put more sanctions on Russia, but he also claims the US could simply walk away entirely. Russia's Foreign Ministry is demanding Ukraine accept some of Moscow's conditions or there will be no peace talks. The president met separately with both Ukraine and Russia's leaders earlier this month.

Ukraine launched 10 drones towards Russia today. They were all shot down, no casualties reported. Debris from the drones caused a fire at a major commercial port and logistics hub located on the Baltic Sea in Russia. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian attack on Russia's Kursk nuclear power plant damaged an auxiliary transformer. It also led to a 50% reduction in the operation capacity at unit 3 of the plant, according to the plant's press service. Regional Acting Governor Alexander Kinstein said the Ukrainian attacks create a threat to nuclear safety and a violation of all international conventions. Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to Maryland after being released from a Tennessee jail Friday, where ICE is threatening to detain him again and deport him to Uganda. His lawyer, Simon Sandoval Moshenburg, calling the move completely unreasonable.

It is preposterous that they would send him to Africa to a country where he doesn't even speak the language, a country with documented human rights violations when there are so many other options.
Debra Valentine
According to documents from ICE and dhs, Abrego Garcia may be deported to Uganda in no less than 72 hours. America's listening to Fox News.

A judge denying bond for the illegal immigrant truck driver charged in a deadly Florida crash.
Unidentified News Reporter
28 year old Harjinder Singh facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter, and he has not yet entered a plea of guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien. She said he's a substantial flight risk, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. So all this comes after Singh allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U turn in an 18 wheeler while a minivan crashes in to the truck. Questions remain as to how Singh was able to get a commercial driver's license in both California and Washington state.

Fox's Madison Scarpino reporting. Ly and Eric Menendez denied parole by the state of California in two separate hearings. And the Los Angeles district attorney is happy with those results. Fox's Christina Coleman reports from Los Angeles.
Christina Coleman
The brothers admitted to the 1989 shotgun murder of their parents. They claim they acted in self defense after suffering years of abuse by their parents, including sexual abuse by their father. Initially, they deny killing their mom and dad. Louisiana County District Attorney Nathan Hoffman commended the board for denying the brothers parole. He says the decision, quote, honors the memory of Jose and Kitty Menendez, who were savagely murdered. However, Mark Garagos, their attorney who represented the brothers during resentencing, believes the parole board came in with predetermined conclusions.
Debra Valentine
They should have gotten a fair hearing and they did not get that.
Christina Coleman
Meantime, many of Lyle and Eric's family members say the brothers have shown remorse. They remain hopeful they'll be released from prison someday.
Debra Valentine
California's Governor Gavin Newsom can still review and possibly veto the parole board's decision. I'm Debra Valentine.
