The Trump administration is putting several FEMA employees on administrative leave after they signed on a public letter of dissent this week critical of the agency. More than 180 current and former FEMA workers had signed onto that letter critical of cuts to agency staff and programs, warning that FEMA's capacity to respond to a major disaster is greatly diminished. The 35 actually signed their name to it. 141 did so anonymously. No word from FEMA on the exact number of employees affected. President Trump holding his seventh Cabinet meeting Tuesday praising his federal takeover of the D.C. police Department and deployment of National Guard troops.

Fox News hitting the streets of Washington, D.C. with the U.S. marshals. Our cameras were rolling as we sped spent hours out with those teams making arrests in different parts of the city. Those teams rolling up to high crime areas and serving warrants for suspects wanted for a long list of violent crimes. Investigators say dozens of people arrested were right here in the country illegally, including members of Trend Aragua and MS.13. I went around and talked to some people here in D.C. some of them said, hey, this is way too many police. We don't need the National Guard. But it's interesting when you look at just how busy these crews are because if there wasn't a lot of crime, they wouldn't have been nearly that busy last night. And we saw it firsthand. So we'll see what happens in those cities that President Trump is targeting next, Fox's Alexis McAdams.

Fans of Cracker Barrel celebrating following days of widespread outrage after the folksy country restaurant and gift shop announced it would retire its logo. The man in the rocking chair known as Uncle Herschel is returning his Cracker Barrel is reversing course. They now say the new logo is going away and as they put it, the old timer will remain. Earlier in the day, President Trump urged the company to bring its original logo back, saying, make lots of money. Make your customers happy again. Cracker Barrel had lost valuation during the controversy, but stocks were higher in after hours trading. An assistant attorney general now has a lawyer of her own after her arrest goes viral.

The officers were arresting her on a trespassing charge outside of a restaurant in Newport earlier this month after she refused to leave. Now she can't return to work as Flanning has been placed on six months unpaid leave in Rhode Island. A conviction for misdemeanor willful trespass is punishable by up to a year in jail, a fine of up to $1,000 or both. John Saucier, Fox News One person is.

Dead after a car crashed into a fitness center in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Tuesday, Fox 5 New York. Stephanie Bertini reports.

A female driver, according to officials, plowed straight into that Planet Fitness. The building has been shut down by the city of Elizabeth until further notice. People who witnessed this were obviously in extreme shock. According to officials. The man, it was just working out when he was hit, pronounced dead at the scene. Three others were taken to a hospital and that female driver also taken to the hospital. One man who saw it all said that a lot of people were crying in the gym when this happened.
