House Speaker Mike Johnson among the thousands gathered at the Kennedy Center. The suspected gunman remains jailed with a court date tomorrow. Governor Spencer Cox in Utah tells ABC's this Week Tyler Robinson is not cooperating, but his roommate is. His roommate was indeed a boyfriend who is transitioning from male to female. Fox's Garrett heading outside the Utah county jail.

FBI sources tell FOX the romantic partner was shocked when they found out about the shooting and shared private messages with investigators that helped them zero in on the alleged assassin. That transgender relationship is something investigators are now looking into, though, as they try to figure out a motive. And while the romantic partner is cooperating and is not currently facing any charges, one of their relatives tells Fox Digital he hates conservatives and Christians. He hated us. He was not raised that way. But he over the years has become really detached and been radicalized. Tyler, the alleged shooter got a whole lot worse in the year they have been dating.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in Israel, a two day visit. He'll meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this following Israel's attack last week on Hamas leaders in Qatar as there were talks there trying to broker an end to the war against Hamas in Gaza. At the Emmys on cbs, the studio won big, setting a record with four awards on top of nine wins last weekend. Best comedy series among them the pit won best TV drama, adolescence one for best limited series. Owen Cooper's only 15 years old. He got the Emmy for best supporting actor on that show.
