He's dead but still under investigation. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. The gunman who killed himself after opening fire at an immigration enforcement van in Texas from a rooftop.

Since President Trump returned to the White House, there have been dozens of attacks on ICE officers. Now a fatal shooting at an ICE facility in Dallas, killing the detainee and wounding two others. The shooter has been identified as 29 year old Joshua John. He left behind ammunition that appears to be five rounds of 8 millimeter Mauser on a stripper clip with the words anti ICE written on one of the bullets.

While Homeland Security ramps up security at immigration enforcement locations following yesterday's deadly shooting in Dallas, Texas, there's also a security concern at other facilities.

The Pentagon is looking into ways to protect national security facilities from incursions, and one of those possibilities is counter drone systems. U.S. northern Command reported at least 350 drone incursions happened in 2024 at more than 100 military installations. University police say one of the two men tossed the bag of pork inside the house where it's flattered on a wall and onto the floor. That man ran out of the house and got into a vehicle driven by someone else. The 18 year olds were captured soon after and charged with burglary as a hate crime and criminal nuisance. Onondaga County DA William Fitzpatrick says the hate crime charge came about at a historically Jewish fraternity during a Jewish holiday.
