That's James Comey's reaction on Instagram after he was indicted. He says he's innocent and let's have a trial. Is expected to surrender today.

The former director of the FBI, James Comey faces a two count indictment including charges of giving false statements statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. Both alleged crimes relate to Comey's testimony during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing back in 2020, which focused on the investigation into ties between Russia and President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

We'Re learning more about the gunman who shot at an immigration enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, Wednesday. Investigators say they found notes at Joshua John's home evidence he planned the attack and called ICE agents people showing up to collect dirty paychecks.
