There could still be more victims in charred remains. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News that after a church was attacked in Grand Blanc, Michigan, near Flint, we do know that there are some that are unaccounted for. Police Chief William Rennie. So far they found four people dead and eight injured in what the FBI calls a targeted attack by gunman who's also dead.

Hundreds of people were inside worshiping when police say the gunman rammed his car into the front doors. Authorities say he got out of the car and started shooting police before officers arrived and exchanged fire with him, killing him. Police say the gunman deliberately set the church on fire. It was engulfed in flames for a couple of hours and unfortunately it is a total loss.

Fox's Madeline Rivera. That attack came the morning after a man drove a boat next to a waterfront bar in Southport, North Carolina and started shooting. Eight people were shot. Three of them are dead and at least one is now clinging for their life. District Attorney John David, the suspected gunman, was arrested. Nigel Edge is due in court today. Tyler Robinson will also appear in today in Utah for a hearing. He's Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin facing a murder charge. President Trump has two big meetings today at the White House. First, a sit down with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pushing for a ceasefire with Hamas in Gaza. The Trump administration is proposing a 21 point peace plan to end the war in Gaza, secure the release of hostages and set up a civilian government in Gaza. Fox's Jared Halpern. The second big Trump meeting today is with congressional leaders from both parties ahead of tomorrow's deadline to fund the government and prevent a shutdown. I am glad the president is finally agreeing, agreed to meet with the leadership in Congress. He canceled the meeting last week, which I think was a big mistake. Senator Amy Klobuchar tells CBS Face the Nation. Democrats want to prevent cuts to health care programs. But House Speaker Mike Johnson tells Fox the Republican plan is just a simple extension during ongoing budget planning to keep the government open for seven more weeks so the appropriators can finish that process. Multiple War Department officials confirming to Fox News that the leaders have been asked to fly to Virginia. The Pentagon also confirming the news, with a spokesperson saying the secretary of war will be addressing his senior military leaders. The order applies to those with a rank of brigadier general or higher or or the Navy equivalent of their top enlisted advisors. Some are wondering if cuts are going to be made. War Department Secretary Pete Hegseth said in the past he'd like to cut 20% of senior generals and admirals back in May, calling the reduction part of the less generals, more GIS policy. There are currently 44 four star general and flag officers across the military. Per Secretary Hegseth, that's a ratio of one general per about 1400 troops. Stock futures are rising after SL slight losses last week for the Dow and the Nasdaq. At the gas pump, we have a drop of 2 cents per gallon in the past two weeks and the average price of gasoline regular grade is now $3.27. Analysts Trophy Lundberg surveys stations nationwide and so does AAA. Its national average for regulars 313 on Sunday night Football, a tie between Green Bay and Dallas. Earlier, Buffalo and Philadelphia won the Bills and Eagles, the only undefeated teams left in baseball.
