President Trump has again threatened to deploy the National Guard to San Francisco, perhaps invoking the Insurrection act to do it. He's been blocked sending troops to Oregon and Illinois after a crime crackdown over the summer in other cities, FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox Business Kudlow more about what his agency has accomplished this year in its efforts to make America safer.
