The ceasefire is still in place. I'm Dave Anthony. FOX News. As President Trump says after fighting flared up over the weekend in Gaza that Israel blamed on Hamas.

After Israeli airstrikes hit Hamas targets after claiming two Israeli soldiers were killed. The retaliation reportedly left 36 Palestinians dead in Gaza.

There are reports special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are already in Israel to see this peace deal through. Vice President J.D. vance says he could be heading to the region as well. President Trump has again threatened to deploy the National Guard to San Francisco, perhaps invoking the Insurrection act to do it. He's been blocked sending troops to Oregon and Illinois after a crime crackdown over the summer in other cities, FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox Business Kudlow more about what his agency has accomplished this year in its efforts to make America safer.
