Police identified the alleged shooter as 38 year old Celine Viejo Orellana, a 38 year old Honduran national in the US illegally. Police say he's a violent offender who is not intimidated by crossing the border illegally and over again. Orellana was deported in 2007, 2018 and again five years ago. Investigators say Oriana shot the victim while they were in their cars on Interstate 225 in Aurora. Police say they recovered Oriana's gun and that he shot at the victim at least five times.
