Throughout this negotiating process, the United States and Iran have seldom been on the same page publicly. But now it appears they are both indicating they could be signing an agreement soon. President Trump posted on Truth Social, quote, the deal is scheduled to get signed tomorrow. And immediately after it is signed, the Hormuz Strait is open to all at the appropriate time. When all is calm, we will go in and get the nuclear dust and download and destroy it, whether in Iran or the United States. The president says he hopes this process will work out quickly, easily and smoothly. If not, he threatened more military action. Pakistan is mediating between the United States and Iran. Pakistani Prime Minister Shabazz Sharif said this morning that he expects the sides to finalize their agreement in the next 24 hours.

This summer a bipartisan coalition tanked an emergency FISA extension in Congress. FISA siphons the calls, emails and texts of four foreign intelligence targets. But a court ruling says the government can still track suspect communications despite a lapse in the law. However, it's unclear if telecommunications companies will provide digital breadcrumbs to the government lacking a congressional safeguard.

The Pentagon has released a new batch of files related to UFOs and four of them were shot in the U.S. here's Fox's Madison Scorpiono.

The files show that there have been several unusual encounters, multiple sightings of strange orbs in the sky just over the last few years. Now, a couple months ago, the President Trump ordered his administration to files related to aliens and extraterrestrial life public. And we now have that third batch of those photos, documents, and videos. Back in July, a couple saw an intense bright light in their backyard around 9pm and started recording on their iPhone 14. They describe what they saw as a brilliant red sphere. They say the center appeared to be a white plasma sun about the size of a basketball. They say when the orb moved, a second identical one appeared. And they say the orbs were moving as if they were flying in formation.

We're also learning that four years ago, five members of the army reported seeing an object shaped like a potato hovering over Cheyenne Mountain. Team USA won its World cup opener last night against Paraguay 4 to 1.
