That judge ordering the Trump administration to cease immigration stops an arrest in seven California counties including Los Angeles after immigration advocacy groups filed a lawsuit saying President Trump's administration systematically targeted, quote, brow skinned people. The judge's order temporarily blocks arrest without, quote, reasonable suspicion that the person is in the country illegally, saying officers were unconstitutionally relying on improper factors like race, accent and line of work. A group of lawmakers toured the new controversial Florida migrant detention center known as Alligator Alcatraz this morning after the tour, Florida Democrat Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz called the environment inside the facility brutal. The conditions that we saw inside this internment camp, which it is nothing less than that description, were really appalling. Florida Division of Emergency Management spokesperson Stephanie Hartman has previously spoken out against the criticism aimed at the detention center, saying the facility meets all required standards and is in good working order. Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis has accused Democrats of working harder for undocumented migrants than they do for American taxpayers. A preliminary report on that Air India crash which killed 260 people last month, reveals new details on what may have happened in the cockpit moments before impact. Fox's Stephanie Bennett reports it appears fuel.

To the plane was cut off moments before that crash. Now, according to the report released by India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, the flight lasted about 30 seconds between takeoff and crash. And once it reached its top recorded speed, fuel control switches for the engines were moved from the run to the cuto position, starving both engines of fuel. The report did not say how the switches could have flipped. One of the engines was able to be restarted, but the plane could not gain power quickly enough as it began to lose altitude. This preliminary report also indicated that both pilots were confused over the change to the switch setting.

India's civil aviation minister said the report's findings are preliminary and no one should jump to any conclusions until the final report is issued. I'm Jack Callaghan. This is FOX News.
