The death toll climbs. I'm Angelo Bavaro, Fox News. The US Announcing another death of a service member in addition to the discovery of remains as it launched more airstrikes at Iran today in response to the killing of US Troops in Jordan.

There was that strike at the base in Jordan and we reported that two service members had been killed and a third was missing. Well, remains have now been found and steps are being taken for a positive identification. In northern Iraq, there was a team that was disposing of the explosives from the warhead in Iranian attack drone. Something went wrong in that controlled explosion and another US Service member was killed. The identities are being withheld out of respect for the families of the fallen. Iran has menaced that base in Jordan and other bases in the region with drones and missiles. Most are intercepted, but on Friday, one got through the defenses. Central Command says this eighth night of intensified strikes is intended to punish the Revolutionary Guard forces who launched the attacks that that killed the U.S. service members in Jordan.

Fox's Mike Tobin the Trump administration is ramping up its crackdown on migrant truck drivers by targeting schools that give out licenses.

DHS released photos from the ongoing investigation saying so far roughly 75 entry level driving training schools are suspected of fraud. The accusations include using improper driving certifications, falsifying records and failing to properly train drivers. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says the department has taken more than 24,000 drivers who cannot speak English off of the roads, forced states to Cancel More than 28,000 licenses issued illegally and gotten more than 9,500 unqualified training schools off the federal registry.

New York City Mayor Zoran Mandani says his legal team is reviewing whether the city could arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits for the UN General assembly in September. Mamdani claims that Netanyahu should be charged by the International Criminal Court with war crimes. Israel rejects the allegations that the US does not recognize the court's jurisdiction. Israeli officials say Netanyahu plans to attend the UN Gathering despite Mandani's comments.

A second person has died from Legionnaires disease in New York City, but health officials say there has been an overall decline in new cases.
