He he was brought back from El Salvador after the Trump administration admitted they mistakenly deported the suspected MS.13 gang member despite a prior protective order that kept him in the US A judge in a separate case ruled Garcia should not be deported again by ice, that he should be given time to challenge any deportation. So he was released to home detention with his brother in Maryland, though required to wear an ankle monitor.

President Trump says he will keep extending the deadline for TikTok to find a U S based buyer, calling the security and privacy concerns highly overrated. Congress approved a ban on Tic Tac unless bytedance of China sells its controlling stake. So far, President Trump has extended the deadline three times. This comes after the White House this week announced the creation of an official TikTok account. American families are paying more to send their kids to child care centers.

The Bipartisan Policy center is calling the rising cost of insurance that's impacting child care centers a perfect storm. And that's coming as a recent survey shows that about 80% of child care providers saw their total liability insurance costs increase over the past year. In fact, the operator of the child care center says her Premiums increased by $7,000 to now reach $20,000 for the year for two child care centers. And this is going to force her to hike her tuition for new families in the coming year. 5%.
