Authorities also say Robinson had a digital trail of discord messages that detailed how he hit the weapon and needed to retrieve it. Utah Governor Spencer Cox explains there were major clues connecting Robinson, the suspect to the home, including a rifle that was found in a wooded area near the location of the shooting. A federal judge has ruled that the ICE agents can continue making courthouse arrests in New York City, shutting down a challenge that was brought by the aclu. The judge also blocked a Department of justice policy encouraging immigration judges to dismiss cases so ICE could immediately arrest migrants. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued a blue alert after a police officer from McKaysville was injured near the Tennessee state line. The GBI said agents are searching for Timothy Ramsey, who they allege shot Captain Brantley Wormley in the face late Friday. Telling Fox News that while the investigation is ongoing, this is likely a case of attempted murder of an ICE officer. It all comes as agents were conducting, quote, targeted law enforcement activity in Franklin Park, Illinois. According to police, during a vehicle stop, an illegal migrant allegedly tried to drive his vehicle into the arrest team in an attempt to flee. One officer was hit and then dragged by the car. That officer, fearing for his life, then shot and killed the suspect, according to officials. The officer was severely hurt but is in stable condition.

FBI Special Agent Catherine Rose showed the jury several pieces of evidence, including the Chinese made rifle and a small action camera recovered from the alleged sniper nest on the perimeter of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm beach, where then candidate Trump had been playing. Lt. William Gale of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office bomb squad also investigated the site and says he noticed Vienna sausages on the ground, a food item seen in a selfie taken by the defendant, Ryan Ruth, acting as his own attorney.
