We had a bit of a security scare. The Secret Service confirms they arrested a man who showed up on site here pretending to be law enforcement while armed with a gun and a knife and he was not part of the security plans. We just got an update from the Arizona Department of Public Safety a short time ago confirming they are now charging that man with a felony. His name is Joshua Runkles. They say he is not law enforcement and he has now been charged with felony impersonation of law enforcement as well as a misdemeanor carrying a weapon into a prohibited space. They say their investigation continues. They're looking into his background to figure out what his intentions were.

Luigi Mangione is charged with killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a New York City sidewalk last December. His attorneys filed a motion with the federal court Saturday arguing the government prejudiced the case by turning his arrest into what they called a Marvel movie spectacle, including a choreographed perp walk. And with their pretrial comments that if convicted, Mangioni should be executed, federal prosecutors have until the end of next month to respond. Mangione also faces state murder charges, but New York does not have the death penalty. He has pled not guilty to the murder. Jack Callahan, Fox News officials say at.

There were more protests last night outside an ICE facility in Chicago. Fox 32's Chicago's Casey Cronus was on the scene.

There were several clashes between demonstrators and ICE agents who have been coming in and out of the building. Protesters shouting Shame and let them go. They've been drawing in chalk on the street right outside of the facility. Demonstrators have every now and then gone up to the driveway of this facility. They've been yelling at the ICE agents on the roof and in response those ICE agents have fired pepper balls at them several times. There has been a message on the loudspeaker saying that those who disrupt or interfere with the federal operation will be arrested.

President Trump has signed a fourth extension to keep talks going with China's President Xi as they work toward a deal to allow TikTok to continue to operate here in the U.S. white House. Confident that a deal is done.
Daria Albinger
Now that deal just needs to be.
Casey Cronus
Signed, and the president's team is working with their Chinese counterparts to do just that.

TikTok's US arm will spin off into a new app with Oracle and other American investors owning about 80%. ByteDance would keep less than 20%, and the board would include a US government appointee. The Senate has confirmed Mike Waltz as US ambassador to the United nations by a vote 47 to 45, just in time for the UN General assembly meeting next week in New York. Three Democrats joined, all but one Republican to confirm the former congressman and national security advisor. GOP Senator Rand Paul voted against Waltz. The Senate has not yet voted on Waltz's separate nomination to be the U.S. representative to the General Assembly. I'm Darren.
