But when she got to Kavanaugh's house, she saw his protective detail guarding the property. Rosky then called 911 and turned herself in. Prosecutors say Rosky only surrendered after seeing law enforcement, adding that she had spent months planning an assassination attack on multiple sitting justices. Rosky's defense argue Rosky stopped her plans after getting a phone call from her sister.
