The anti ICE protests rage on. I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News in Minneapolis again last night outside an immigration detention center following two recent ICE involved shootings.

Protesters were seen bashing into the fence outside of the federal facility last night. Some were seen scaling the fence. Protesters and agitators were demonstrating against law enforcement for most of the day yesterday leading up to a tense night. A group of patriots also showed up to counter protests at the federal building yesterday, which led to some clashes.

Federal officials are investigating the California Community College Athletic association over its transgender participation policy, which may violate Title 9. Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Kimberly Richie said in a statement that the Trump administration will not tolerate policies that erase women's rights and emphasized that fairness and safety for female athletes are non negotiable. The complaint claims the policy allowed a transgender or non binary student to compete on a women's volleyball team and access women's facilities and that the association ignored female students complaints.
