Late yesterday afternoon, law enforcement, including the Pima County Sheriff's, Customs and Border Patrol and the FBI arrived at Nancy Guthrie's house, cordoned it off with police tape and searched the property. They were seen working in the back of the home and also in the garage. Earlier in the week, Sheriff's Chris Nanos said the crime scene had been cleared. And hand it over to the family.

President Trump posted on Truth Social he spoke to Savannah Guthrie and he's ordered all federal law enforcement to help. Next hour, we'll hear from the president at the National Prayer Breakfast the morning after going on tv. And as fox's Chris Foster reports, discussing the immigration crackdown in Minneapolis leading to angry anti ICE protests. The president tells NBC News it was his decision to pull hundreds of law enforcement agents from Minneapolis. We are waiting for them to release prisoners. Give us the murderers that they're holding and all of the bad people, drug dealers, all of the bad people. Federal agents are promised more access to jails to take custody of potential deportees. The president says the two protesters shot and killed by federal agents last month were no angels. But it's very sad to him what happened. You know who feels worse about it than anybody? The people of ice. A federal judge in Oregon has ruled against immigration agents, ordering them to stop arresting people without warrants unless they're considered likely escape risks. In the case filed by a man detained without a warrant despite having a valid work permit. America's listening to FOX News.

Back to the ice controversy in Minnesota, a lawyer made news in court. U.S. attorney Julie Lee did not hold back during a Tuesday hearing in St. Paul for several immigration cases. She announced to the court, this job sucks. Lee also expressed a need for sleep. She was on a temporary assignment, but that's ended since her comments in court. Lee was given at least 88 cases in less than a month amid the Trump administration's immigration enforcement surge in the Twin Cities and pushed from protesters angry over the crackdown. Tom Graham, Fox News A win at the Supreme Court for Democrats without any noted dissents. Justices denied an emergency appeal from California Republicans challenging the state's redrawn congressional map. The new map is likely to favor Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections. State leaders started the redistricting process in response to mid decade redistricting by Texas lawmakers intended to add seats favored by Republicans. California voters approved a ballot referendum replacing an independent redistricting commission. Several other states are also redrawing congressional maps or considering proposals to do so. At the White House, Jared Halpern, Fox News On Wall street, stock futures are rising modestly for the Dow and the Nasdaq. It's trade deadline day in the NBA, so players may be changing teams. There have already been big deals, including this one. The Mavericks decision to move on from Luka Doncic last season isn't looking any better. Anthony Davis, who Dallas acquired in the Doncic trade, will now play for the Wizards as the Mavericks are reportedly trading the 10 time All Star to Washington as part of an eight player deal. Injuries played a huge role in Davis's lack of production in Dallas. He wound up playing just 31 games in a Mavs uniform. Joe Morgan, FOX NEWS it's day two of the Winter Olympics in Italy. Even though the opening ceremony is tomorrow, there are more curling matches and the women's hockey tournament starts. I'm Dave Anthony. This is FOX News.
