Emails suggest the king's brother may have passed the convicted sex offender documents while working as a UK Trade envoy. Andrew was moved by King Charles to the Sandringham estate in Norfolk earlier this year. Searches are now taking place with the former Duke of York in custody. Andrew denies wrongdoing.

It is day 19 since Nancy Guthrie was taken from her Tucson home just 60 miles north of the U.S. mexico border. And we're now told that FBI investigators have been in contact with Mexican authorities. And while we're told this is standard operating procedure in cases so close to the border, it does speak to the wide net cast in this investigation.

An avalanche warning went into effect Tuesday morning as the group of four guides and 11 skiers were finishing a three day skiing expedition near Castle Peak, a popular backcountry ski area near the city of Truckee in Lake Tahoe. As the group was leaving, police say one of the skiers yelled avalanche and it all came tumbling down.

Well, the day before that high profile arrest in Britain of the former Prince Andrew. In a case stemming from the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation, a billionaire was questioned by the House Oversight Committee and their Epstein probe. We're here because we want to talk to anyone that has information about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's crime, abuse and trafficking of women and girls. That's Democratic Congressman Robert Garcia. They went to Ohio to depose Les Wexner, the former CEO of L Brands, which owns Victoria's Secret. He's been named in more than a thousand times in the Epstein files that have been made public. And Wexner claims that he was conned by Epstein, had money stolen, did not participate in Epstein's crimes and cut ties with him. In Florida, an Obamacare fraud case.

Corey Lloyd and Steven Strong were Both sentenced to 20 years in prison Wednesday. The Justice Department says the pair led a scheme that preyed on Florida's homeless and jobless. An estimated 35,000 individuals were fraudulently enrolled in the Affordable Care act, leading to $233 million in payments. Prosecutors say Lloyd and Strong profited for years off the fraud. Buy luxury cars, an 80 foot yacht and a home in the Florida Keys. Tom Graham, FOX News on Wall Street.

Stocks may fall down. Nasdaq futures have been down more than 100 points the day after both gained more than 100. No medals yet today at the Winter Olympics with bad weather postponing some skiing events later. The U.S. women's hockey team will play Canada for the gold medal the day after drama on the ice for Men.

The U.S. men's Olympic Hockey team won its first elimination game Wednesday, needed overtime to get past Sweden 2 to 1 on a goal by Quinn Hughes. The US will face Slovakia in the semifinals tomorrow afternoon after Canada plays Finland. Both Canada and Finland won their quarterfinals games in overtime as well.
