A big loss in court. I'm Paul Stevens, Fox News. The U.S. supreme Court Friday rejecting President Trump's ability to impose reciprocal tariffs without an okay from Congress.
Kevin Cork
President Trump didn't hold back in his criticism of the US Supreme Court following that 6 to 3 decision which of course struck down, at least temporarily, his global tariffs, a ruling he didn't have the power that he he can impose import taxes under ipa, which is, of course, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. President, of course, has credited his use of tariffs as a tool to end foreign conflicts as well as securing favorable trade deals for our country. Now he's countering the ruling with an alternative tariff order, which includes setting a temporary 10% global levy.
Paul Stevens
And that's Fox's Kevin Cork in D.C. numbers from the Treasury Department show the U.S. collected more than 133 billion doll dollars from those tariffs. The president, meantime, says he's quote, unquote, considering a limited military strike on Iran to pressure its leaders into a deal over its nuclear program.
Jennifer Griffin
Iranian leaders have said any attack by the United States, limited or not, would cause them to unleash their vast missile arsenal at US Bases vulnerable to attack in Qatar, UAE and Bahrain, home to the US Navy's Fifth Fleet. The Strait of Hormuz at its narrowest point is just 21 miles wide. And most of Iran's missiles are mob. In the coming weeks, the US could find itself in another Middle east war without a clear exit strategy. Squadrons of US Warplanes are now parked on tarmacs in Jordan.
Paul Stevens
And that's Fox's Jennifer Griffin. The president's remarks come as the U.S. is building up military assets in the Middle east, sending the USS Gerald R. Ford and a strike group toward the area. Iran's top diplomats saying Tehran is expected to have a proposed nuclear deal ready within days. America is listening to fox.

the search for Nancy Guthrie about to enter its fourth week.

The big news is there is no big news. This clearly continues to be a struggle for the hundreds working at the sheriff's office here. For the hundreds of FBI agents, the trail, if not cold, is at best lukewarm. The hope, of course, is that both the sheriff's deputies and the FBI investigators know more than they are willing to share publicly. It will be exactly three weeks since officials say Nancy Guthrie was dropped off at a home. Opened that garage door, walked in, closed the garage door behind her. And she has never been seen by anybody except the kidnapper since that moment.

And that's fox's Jonathan Hunt in Tucson, Arizona. Police searching the former home of former Andrew Prince Andrew after he was taken into custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Case, of course, centering on his past relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Officers also searching the Royal Lodge near Windsor Castle. Well, Team USA faces off against Canada coming up for the men's hockey gold medal.

Hockey fans will get the matchup they wanted. The United States and Canada will face off on Sunday for an Olympic gold medal. On Friday, Team USA easily took care of Slovakia in the semifinals, winning 6:2 by putting the game away in the second period with three goals. Earlier in the day, Canada rallied to defeat Finland 3:2 as Nathan McKinnon scored the go ahead goal with less than a minute remaining. The U.S. last reached the final at the 2010 Games when it lost to Canada in overtime thanks to Sidney Crosby's golden goal. And the Americans haven't won gold since the Miracle on ice team in 1980. I'm Joe Morgan, Fox News.

And of course, the US women defeating Canada for their gold medal a few days ago. I'm Paul Stevens.
