President Trump's job approval rating is at 41% down 5 points from a month ago. Across the board, voters didn't like how our leaders handled the shutdown with the president at 62% disapproval and Republicans and Democrats at 63 and 64% disapproval respectively. But when asked if the shutdown was a hardship for their families, 54% said it wasn't at all.

Fox's Granal Scott an economic report the shutdown delayed will finally come out next hour. The September job expected to show more hiring than August but the unemployment rate remaining 4.3%. We will never get an October report. Instead hiring last month will be included in the November numbers that will come out next month. Country music's best were honored last night. The Trump administration attempt to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia again returns to court again today in Maryland where a federal judge will consider the plan to send Abrego Garcia to Liberia. He's currently jailed on human trafficking charges filed after Abrego Garcia was returned from El Salvador where he was wrongly deported earlier this year. He was among alleged gang members flown out of the country in March. In a controversial deportation still under scrutiny.

Federal Judge James Boasberg says he'll move quickly on a contempt investigation of the Trump administration. The judge says an appeals court ruling gives him authority to determine if there is enough evidence to refer members of the administration for prosecution. In a March hearing, Boseberg ordered an aircraft carrying accused gang members to El Salvador to return to the U.S. the administration says that order came after the flights were out of US Airspace. Boasberg could compel officials to testify under oath at the White House. Jared Halpern, Fox News A first in.

The Justice Department revealing Nathan Bauman, Joy Gibson, Seth Sykes, Lynette Sharp and John Thomas all pleaded guilty in a Fort Worth federal court to one count of providing material support to terrorists. Each face up to 15 years in prison. At sentencing, prosecutors accusing the five of supporting antifa in a July shooting at the Prairieland Detention center near Dallas that wounded a police officer. FBI Director Kash Patel previously saying the charges are the first time a material support to terrorism charge has targeted antifa. Kristin Goodwin, FOX NEWS On Wall Street.
