A lot of Americans are on the move. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. And while most of the almost 82 million of us traveling somewhere for Thanksgiving will drive paying the exact same price for gas as last year, today's the peak air travel day.

The Transportation Department expecting we're going to see record travel at the nation's airports. More than 52,000 flights scheduled today alone. The airlines have increased their capacity. They've added 45,000 more seats daily than last year. That's according to Airlines for America.

So far There are about 500 delays this morning across the country, only about 31 flights canceled. She's grateful. That's New York Attorney General Letitia James reaction to the mortgage fraud case against her being dismissed by a federal judge who also threw out the case against former FBI Director James Comey, who posted on social media the president of the United States cannot use the Department of.

Prosecutors charged Comey with lying to Congress back in 2020. Comey pled not guilty and his legal team has been filing multiple motions trying to get the case thrown out, including claims the prosecutor who brought the charges should never have had the job to begin with. Judge Cameron McGowan Curry, a Clinton appointee, agreed and dismissed the case. Curry ruling Halligan was not properly appointed to the job as the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
