President Trump's optimistic as his special envoy Steve Witkoff goes to Russia today to keep negotiating US Brokered peace plan that Secretary of State Marco Rubio talked to Ukrainian officials about again over the weekend in Florida saying this is more than stopping Russia's war. It's not just about the terms that ends fighting. It's about also the terms that set up Ukraine for long term prosperity. Back on to the president on Air Force One. Flying back to Washington, he also told reporters he had a phone call with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, but wouldn't give details. As the US Military operation continues off the coast targeting boats trafficking illegal drugs, the president also reacted to a report the US Carried out a second strike on one boat, killing two survivors of the first bombing. Secretary of War Pete Hegsett denies that and the president backs him.

Some lawmakers in Congress want more answers, with some suggesting a war crime might have been committed. President invited the families of the two National Guard members attacked last week while on patrol in Washington to the White House.

His backpack that a Tuna Pennsylvania police officer searched when he was arrested five days after the shooting at a McDonald's, well, that could be potential devastating evidence against him if it's allowed in. But Mangione's Lawyers say the 3D printed gun, the silencer, the red notebook with his writings, an iPhone and USB flash drives that police say they found in that backpack. Well, all that should be excluded because they say the cops did not have a search warrant.

The four people killed at what was a child's birthday party in Stockton were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21. Because the shooter has not yet been caught, police are asking for help from the public. San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Heather Brandt said investigators believe there is no imminent public threat.
