He's attended previous hearings remotely from the Utah county jail in Spanish Fork. He's accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk on September 10th during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University. He's been charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering and a violent offense committed in the presence of a child.
