Will he be detained again? I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. The morning after Kilmar Abrego Garcia was set free by a federal judge's order and returned to his home in Maryland. The most infamous illegal immigrant, mistakenly deported in March, then returned in June, has to check in at an immigration office in Baltimore. And anti ICE protesters are outside already this morning as the Trump administration keeps calling Abrego Garcia a criminal gang member.

When he was brought back, a grand jury in Tennessee indicted him for human smuggling three years ago. When he was released from custody in Tennessee and went back to Maryland, immigration officials picked him up again. They've been trying to sort out removing him to a third country, though most of the ones proposed have said they won't accept him. He's requested that if he's sent anywhere, he be sent to Costa Rica.

That's Fox's Jessica Rosenthal. Reuters reports the U.S. is preparing to possibly seize more oil tankers off the Venezuela coast like the one taken Wednesday, which Venezuela calls theft and piracy. The US has put sanctions on six other tankers amid the military operation that's also blown up boats said to be full of narco terrorists smuggling drugs.
