Michael David McKee is a vascular surgeon from Chicago. He is now in jail accused of murdering ex wife Monique and her dentist husband Spencer Tepe in their Columbus home. Divorce records show Makee and Monique Tepe were married for only two years before she filed for divorce in 2017. They had no kids together. Now investigators did get a break in the case from neighborhood surveillance video which captured McKee's vehicle near the victim's home early in the morning.

For the first time, the US Dietary Guidelines warn against highly processed foods and recommend no added sugar at all, especially for young children. The guidelines, released every five years, influenced dozens of federal food programs, eventually shaping meals for military members and school children. In a statement of support, the American Medical association says the new guidelines affirm that food is medicine and offer clear direction patients and physicians can use to improve health. The American Heart association also applauds the focus on real food, but is concerned over the elevation of saturated fat containing protein sources.
