Officials say this is an investigation which extends well beyond D.C. washington state where the suspect lived all the way across the globe to Afghanistan where the 29 year old is originally from. Prosecutors are still remaining tight lipped though about what may have motivated this suspect to allegedly drive cross country and carry out a deadly ambush. President Trump suggested last night the suspect had mental health issues. The New York Times says it spoke to a friend of the suspect who lives overseas and he too believes his friend had a mental health problem. Tributes continue to pour for the two victims of the attack, identified as 20 year old army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom who passed away overnight and US Air Force Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe who remains in critical condition.
