They want to see significant changes in Iran's leadership or a dramatic shift in Iranian behavior. Iran has targeted its neighbors with missiles and drones since the conflict began and effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz, causing those countries economic damage.

Terry Pitchford was 18 years old when participating in a robbery of a Mississippi convenience store in 2004, resulting in the killing of the store owner. The accomplice fired the killing shot, but then prosecutor Doug Evans struck all but one of the jury picks who were black. Pitchford's lawyers objected, accusing Evans of bias, but the judge allowed the trial to continue with only one black jury in a County where 40% of residents were African American. Pitchfort himself is black and was convicted and sentenced to die. Pitchford's lawyers are asking the Supreme Court to force a new trial. Eben Brown, fox news.

The FBI says Ayman Ghazali, a naturalized US Citizen from Lebanon, left a trove of digital evidence behind, including a video prior to the attack at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield stating he wanted to kill as many of them as possible before ramming his truck with incendiary devices into the synagogue.

Jennifer Runyon, head of the FBI in Detroit, saying Ghazali killed himself after a security guard opened fire on him. There's significant fire damage at Temple Israel. No students or staff in the synagogue were hurt.

Fox's Jeff Benasso, the co founder of a sex focused women's wellness company, One Taste, is sentenced to nine years in federal prison and ordered to pay $12 million. Nicole Day Doan was convicted in New York of forced labor conspiracy, accused of coercing vulnerable women into sex work and being cut off from family and friends. The company's former head of sales was sentenced to six and a half years in prison. Day Doan had more than two dozen supporters in court and 200 letters written on her behalf. The final four at the women's college basketball tournament is set.
