Three Mass. State troopers charged with involuntary manslaughter pleaded as one next to the grieving family of recruit Enrique Delgado Garcia in a packed Worcester Superior courtroom. Defense attorneys for sergeant Jennifer Penton, Trooper Edwin Rodriguez and Trooper David Montanez called the recruit's death a tragic accident but not a crime.
