Will Iran agree? I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. We're still waiting for a response to a US Proposal to end the conflict.
B
We're doing well now. We have to get what we have to get. If we don't do that, we'll have to go a big step further.
A
President Trump has threatened the bombing could resume as a blockade continues around Iran's ports. As for what the US Wants, Fox's Peter Doocy reports from the White House.
C
Iran would commit to not develop a nuclear weapon. Iran would temporarily pause uranium enrichment. There would be enhanced nuclear inspections, the possible removal of the uranium stockpile. That's the nuclear dust the president talks about. The US Would release frozen funds and lift sanctions gradually on Iran. And there'd be a 30 day window for full nuclear deal negotiations. Now remember, the president and his team are longtime critics of the Obama nuclear deal and they insist this morning this is not that. Well, it's going to be inspect and verify. There will be no trust involved.
A
That's U.S. ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz. Weeks after President Trump was critical of Pope Leo over his criticism of the Iran conflict, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is at the Vatican this morning holding one on one talks with the Pope.
D
But the secretary of state denies that's the main purpose of the visit. Speaking here Tuesday?
E
No. Look, there's a lot to talk about with the Vatican. I'll give you one example. The pope just returned from a trip to Africa where the church is growing very vibrantly and we have shared concerns about religious freedom.
D
Secretary Rubio also says Cuba's future is on the agenda. He'll meet too with Italian Prime Minister Georgia Maloney.
A
Fox's Jonathan Savage. They made an arrest in Sunday night's mass shooting at a lake party in Oklahoma that left one woman dead, 22 other people injured. But they're still looking for other gunmen.
F
Detectives believe this incident began with a disturbance between two females attending the gathering that escalated into an altercation between rival gang members.
A
Edmond Police Chief J.D. younger. They're doing searches in several Mississippi counties looking for anyone needing rescue from the rubble of the damage tornadoes did. America's listening to FOX News.

The FBI raiding the office of Virginia Senate Pro Tempore Louise Lucas. Investigators say this is one of more than 10 locations connected to the Democratic senator being searched across the commonwealth. The FBI carried out one of those court authorized criminal search warrants at the cannabis shop located right next to her office. She co owns the shop, SWAT teams, zip tying, handcuffing and taking at least three people into custody. The 82 year old represents Virginia's 18th Senate District. As president pro tempore of the Virginia Senate, Lucas is one of the most powerful figures in the Virginia legislature. She's an ally of Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and a leader in last month's redistricting campaign.

The FDA is giving a thumbs up to some controversial e cigarettes, fruit flavored ones.
I
The FDA said the products are pods made by Los Angeles based Glass Incorporated. It's a vaping manufacturer that uses age verification technology to restrict access. The pods come in mango, blueberry and two types of menthol. Up until now, the health agency only allowed tobacco and menthol flavors. U.S. regulators have historically been reluctant to authorize flavored vaping products, citing concerns about their appeal to children. But the White House pushed back, arguing flavored help adults quit smoking. The FDA plans to monitor the marketing and the use of the vapes and is threatening to remove its authorization if it sees the risks to kids outweigh the benefits to adults.
